How to use Aiyori, screen by screen.

For teachers, students and guardians, and for adult classes and workplace training, it covers what you can do and what to tap, in order.

The screens are real (the content is demo data). “App” means the iPhone and iPad app, available on the App Store.

Getting started

From creating a classroom to handing out the first assignment. Three steps for the teacher.

  1. Register your students

Registering shows a classroom code, an ID and a PIN. Give these three to the student so they can log in.

  2. Invite guardians

Create an invite code on the student’s page and give it to the guardian. Students under 16 cannot hand in photos, video or voice, or exchange messages with the teacher, until a guardian agrees.

  3. Hand out assignments, videos and notices

What you hand out appears in the student’s “Do now”. Submissions and answers then collect in the teacher’s To Do.

Teachers who want to receive tuition by card: see Receive tuition by card — Getting started.

The library and YouTube videos are also explained step by step: Library and courses · Hand out YouTube videos
